Recruitment Planning
Meeting with your recruiter, in person, provides helpful insight and ensures everyone is on the same page about what you are looking for in your new employee, and what expectations you have for the role and recruitment process. During a Recruitment Plan Meeting, the recruiter will review the Job Description for your open position, to ensure it is in-line with what the new employee will actually be doing. It's also a great opportunity to discuss what has and has not worked in the past. Items such as salary, length of service, dress code, and hours of operation are all details that can be discussed BEFORE contacts begin with potential candidates, making the whole process more positive.
